Illuminating Teacher Education
for Student Success
Edvention Partners is an innovative collaboration involving CSU Bakersfield, CSU Monterey Bay, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Tulare County Office of Education, and Kern County Superintendent of Schools. Working together, Edvention Partners is addressing the diverse needs of schools, teachers and students at 18 high-need schools in primarily rural areas of Central California. The partnership is working to reform teacher education that includes unique approaches for the preparation and induction of new teachers.
